Cedar Rapids, Iowa Contacts for the festival Due to the massive flooding disaster in Cedar Rapids, which heavily damaged our festival venue at Ushers Ferry Historic Village, (as well as other possible alternatives), we were forced to cancel our All Things Scottish CelticFest for 2008.
